This artwork was inspired by a nightmare I had not long ago. I look forward to adding it to one of my collections. I just know it gives you a chilling feel as well. 🙂

There were strange sights I saw as a child while on a trip with family members. For years those strange thoughts from that night as a child combined with my imagination, have crept into my nightmares and later, my designs. This is one of them. I’ve decided to make it into a horror/sci-fi crossover for my fall collection. This will be a template for wall art and fits TV screens as well.
Thank you all for your kind words, patience (due to our shift in schedule from day-to-night), & support as we shift the clouds about during this event. Your enthusiasm is as always much appreciated. 🙂

This weekend while working on the next set of projects I have coming up, we decided to take a pause and headed out to NY. We went to go visit some family for a much needed break. Sometimes the rides home can be so relaxing if you let it. With the right music and a certain mood, it takes me back to a place I haven’t been in a long time.
What lulls you?
Have a peaceful Sunday!
This Sunday I’m sharing two designs.
The colorful still in contrast with this dreamy night scene were both inspired by areas both visited this time of November. The autumn season has continued to seep into my designs once again. An approaching full moon creates wonderful light ideas in my night-inspired creations.
Do you love autumn nights?
Have an inspiring Sunday!
For as long as I can remember, night drives have relaxed me. This weekend our little family went on another trip up to New York. We stayed most of the day, chatting and catching up with our loved ones. The ride back was the tiny lockets of time that dreams are made of. There was jazz playing on the radio as the city lights danced among the night sky. I couldn’t help but snap one photo while the music tickled and soothed my eardrums.
It was like a lullaby for us grown folks.
To go along with this busy, yet somehow mesmerizing photo, I chose an artist and song that was much like the music we had the pleasure of listening to on our ride home. It’s none other than the legendary Miles Davis. Enjoy, fellow dreamers…and be lulled on this Sleepy Sunday.

Has a song ever hit you like a lullaby? What kind of music or particular artist relaxes you?
Have a jazzy Sunday!
