Sleepy Sundays: Windswept Autumn

Windswept Autumn
Windswept Autumn

Wind can come out of nowhere in October. It’s a special trick the month I was born in does. Fall likes to put on a show, and the month of October and its lovely palette are no different. This piece was inspired by the gusts of wind in my area during this time of year that often contain traveling colorful leaves.

What’s the last spectacular sight you’ve seen?

Have a delightful Sunday!

    1. I’ve heard about that now for about the past five years or so. It’s such a tragedy but yet I understand it scientifically with all of the drier land out there. We still get a lot of humidity over here (the northern east coast) because of our dense forests, but that is swiftly changing too, because of land development, pollution, etc. Jersey has seen more brush fires too in recent years. It’s scary.

I heard last year a factory went up in flames and took all of the surrounding woods with it. It was devastating/sad to hear. ❤
