Sleepy Sundays: The Tale of Two Mirrors

She washed her hands and glanced over at the large mirror.

The small one behind it reflected a sinister character, if only for a mere second.

A glance. A short gaze. Yet, it felt like an eternity.

Was this her? It certainly looked like her, but somehow—different.

She didn’t move the same way.

This wasn’t her.

They shared something in common although opposite. They were mirrors of each other.

This was the first time they danced.
