CardCastles Blogger Spotlight

Most of my readers here are active participants. Some of you are silent, and others pop in when they can. However you show your affection, it is grandly appreciated. Today I’d like to return some of that affection by spotlighting a number of notable bloggers that just so happen to also enjoy reading here. This is my way of giving back, but also my way of saying I think these people are amazing. These blogs are places I’ve laughed, cried, and sometimes both. I hope you love this collection as much as I do.

Without further delay…

Serins Sphere

Serins is a delightful young lady that drifted my way recently. While she is fairly new to the blogosphere, there is definitely writing worth checking out over at her place. From what I know of her so far, she is kind-hearted and compassionate; often reaching out to others and offering support. She recently nominated this blog for an award about versatility that I plan to acknowledge on a page that’s being worked on. So what are you waiting for? Go check her out! Stop by & tell her Daydreams sent you! (Oh yes, and be sure to come back and check out the other bloggers being spotlighted, of course.)

Dr. Nicholas Jenner

Dr. Jenner and I met after he showed some appreciation for an article I wrote about grief. He shared a passion I have about suicide prevention and helping others. Dr. Jenner has a successful private practice while also offering online therapy sessions to those in need. I highly recommend reading some of his articles on depression and relationships. Click that +Follow button while you’re there. You won’t be disappointed. You may even find help for yourself or someone who you know is in need.

Humans Are Weird

Humans Are Weird has been a favorite stop of mine for over a year now. Rob is such a colorful person. This blog is a hilarious trip mixed with so many different notches of life for you to enjoy. I’ve also had the pleasure of having little joke sessions with this lovely person on occasion. We seem to share mirroring outlooks on this strange thing we call our human existence. Rob often teases me, calling me the epitome of zen. After a good laugh over at his place, I’m sure you’ll be feeling pretty “zen” too.

Sleeps With Notebooks

Michelle Joyce Bond who runs and writes Sleeps With Notebooks is a fairly recent read of mine. Even though we’ve only known of each other’s little blog lands for about half a year – I loved Michelle’s writing instantly. Her blog is a cozy little niche that spans a range of topics. You can find anything from a profoundly honest and pleasant book review, to a story about her teaching adventures, gaming, one of her lovable doodles, or just plain life. I thoroughly enjoy this blog and I’m sure you will as well.

HastyWords

Ah Hasty, not enough could be said in a short blurb about this magical lady. I once described Hasty’s blog as one of those jazzy little poetry lounges somewhere in the city. When Hasty saw that, she totally agreed saying it was the best description she’d ever heard about her site. Hasty writes some flooring, beautiful poetry that never disappoints. Sometimes you may find collaborations, bits and pieces of her life, and some links out to her lovely books and social media accounts – whatever the piece, she is a pleasure to follow.

You can visit each of these magnificent places by clicking on the highlighted names. CardCastles just may put up a series of these spotlight features so let me know if you’d like to be added in the future. I’d like to thank all of these lovely, talented people for being a part of my reading family. You are all very much loved. I wanted to include so many more, but this is all I had time for this month! For now that concludes the very first…CardCastles Blogger Spotlight

  1. Well don’t I just now wish that I checked Twitster much more than I do. Aren’t you too kind? Yes, has always been the answer. Thanks so much for this. Shit’s been absolutely balls down my way – the ballsiest they’ve ever been, really. A bit of cyber appreciation is truly appreciated beyond what you might be able to appreciate.
