Sleepy Sundays: Cosmic Creation

Cosmic CreationCosmic Creation

When trying to get a grip on 2014 some unexpected inspiration hit and hit hard. Everything is so new still. I’m a bit overwhelmed by some issues that carried over from last year. The world always keeps turning, though. The universe certainly doesn’t stop for any one person.

My other half and I are celebrating our 10 year anniversary tonight. Although life is not always pleasant, it somehow keeps giving you chances to start over. All of these thoughts of “new”, cycling, and restarting had me thinking of space and how it all works. Even though I’m pretty sure the stars didn’t have much to do with my son’s father and I meeting – I can’t deny the possibility that there was some otherworldly force at work.

Have you ever felt something unexplainable was in control?

Have a spacey Sunday!

  1. You can only control so much, in the end the rest is up to fate, and life remains as fragile and unpredictable as ever; but let me point this: you should never base your personal happiness on things entirely out of your control.

  2. I love your cosmic creation. That’s a great color on the planet. The next time I FaceTime with Granddaughter, I’m going to show her your prints and ask her which one she wants on a pillow. I was going to do the polka dots, but looking at this made me realize she might like something else. It will be fun to see which she chooses.

Happy anniversary! I hope you had a wonderful evening.

Yes, I can relate to an otherworldly force at work. After our blind date, I told Rich I didn’t want to see him again. He went to work the next day and told the guys he met his future wife the night before. 🙂 The books are pretty high up there, too.

    1. Life is so strange & wonderful like that. My mom knew she was going to marry my dad too. & Somehow she knew I was going to be a girl.

I think I know which one she’s gonna like best. 😀 The panda that’s chasing butterflies.

& Thank you for the anniversary wishes!
